Casale Associate has a unified plan for terminating executives, managers or troublesome employees.
Our representative will be present when the employee receives a letter terminating their employment. Immediately thereafter, we will escort the employee to their desk to retrieve their coat or keys and escort them outside.
We will package all non-company property and deliver or mail the property to the employee. We will discreetly remain at the work place providing security until close of business.
Prior to termination we will perform a pre-termination threat assessment and background check on the employee and, based on the results, determine if post termination surveillance or additional security is necessary.
The employee's computer, telephone and credit card usage will reviewed and any data deemed necessary will be invoiced and held as potential evidence.We can recover company property not at the office, including: automobile, keys, cellular telephone, etc.
